  • Thanks for this opportunity to share some reasons we are so glad we were led to you and your company when we began our building process.
There are five words that come to mind when we look back over the experience of concept, design and construction of Fair Haven Baptist Church!
    I. CONCESSIONS -
When you go with the lowest bidder you somehow expect to make concessions somewhere in the process. We didn’t have to!
    II. COMMITTEES –
Working with committees, especially church building committees, has to be frustrating to builders because decisions come slowly, often needing to wait until the next committee meeting. We never saw any signs of frustration, even on wall colors!
    III. AVAILABILITY -
This is a word that describes all of Lee Adcock’s people. From the days we were just starting to work out the floor plan, through all the design changes, all the way to the finished building, Lee's people were available on short notice, even after hours to help guide us through many decisions!
    IV. EXPERTISE -
When Lee’s people met with us about a problem, they would come up with options we could and should consider. Many times they would draw from their knowledge and expertise to help us make informed decisions that were an improvement over the original plan and often a less expensive alternative rather than taking a "blueprint specifies..." attitude.
    V. PROFESSIONALISM -
The people who worked on our building took pride in the total finished project. It was not just another job to them. Even today, we meet people who want us to know they "drove a truck," They "helped wire," They "painted," they "laid brick" on this church. "They" did all those things that enabled Lee Adcock Construction to bring to fruition a vision that our God gave to Fair Haven!
We thank Lee and Kay and all their people for helping us become the church our Lord called us to be, "A Grace Driven Church In A Grace Needing World!" We believe it was by God’s grace we were led to Lee Adcock and his company.

Your talent and work ethics have been unsurpassed by any of the other contractors we have employed to work for us thus far. Thanks to the efforts of your company we were able to complete this project in record time. This allowed us to secure a highly lucrative new contract. Also a big hand of applause is deserved for bringing this project in on time and under budget.
I will assure you that in the future Lee Adcock Construction will be contacted any time there is an opportunity for expansion or for new construction projects.
Please take time to post this letter for your employees to see to let them know that their efforts are greatly appreciated.

  • Lee Adcock Construction Company has worked with me on countless Plant Engineering projects at Calsonic Kansei North America over the past few years. The types of projects have ranged from the installation of new manufacturing equipment, electrical service entrance modifications and improvements, process piping, concrete slabs and foundations to building re-modeling and several office and manufacturing plant expansions.
Most recently LAC was named prime contractor for the construction of a new 142,000 square foot manufacturing facility and administrative offices for Calsonic in Vicksburg, Mississippi and an additional satellite assembly facility for Calsonic on the Nissan North America site in Canton, Mississippi.
I know Lee Adcock operates his business with frank honesty and integrity and strives to exceed customer expectations. Furthermore, the workforce at LAC is reliable. They work safely and understand the importance of completing projects correctly, on time and within budget.
Lee Adcock Construction Company has served me and Calsonic well for many years. I highly recommend them and you are welcome to call me with any questions you may have.

  • "We would like to thank you and your crew for the wonderful job you did on the design and building of our new office and warehouse. When we contacted you to see about building a new building we were not sure what we needed to satisfy all the different requirements for our project. While we encountered several problems in the planning stage, we were pleased with the outcome and appreciated all the help in coming up with solutions that worked well for us."
We are very pleased with the finished product and believe it is a compliment to our existing properties and the design works well for our needs. While everyone was very pleasant to work with, I have to add that your project manager was always available and helpful with any question or suggestion that we had.
Overall, we would highly recommend Lee Adcock Construction and would certainly use you again for any future projects. Thank you again for a beautiful building.
    Very truly yours,

  • Edgemont Baptist Church had a great dream and vision about building a new sanctuary. We selected the architect and got our plans approved for the 625 seat sanctuary that would be connected to our existing building.
The day we opened the sealed bids was one of those exciting experiences for a church because the long awaited building program was now happening. Lee Adcock Construction was awarded the contract. I didn’t realize it that day, but God was looking out for me because I didn’t know anything about construction.
The construction crew that came was excellent to work with and they led me through it. Our architect was out of state, so he was not available to discuss some of the problems we encountered, but your project manager and job superintendent just took over and made the necessary corrections. Even after we began holding services in the new building, they would come and check to see if there were any difficulties. Lee Adcock Construction was always there to make any repairs or changes after we were in the building.
One of the things that impressed me as a pastor is the respect that was shown by the workers. I didn’t hear any bad language and the workers were always respectful.
Lee Adcock Construction built us the building of our vision.

  • We at First Baptist Church, Murfreesboro, are deeply indebted to Lee Adcock Construction Company for a job well done. Without your company we would not have realized a dream of building a new sanctuary and office complex.
We feel that Lee Adcock Construction was a God sent company and are blessed to have had you as the general contractor. How our relationship began was when our architect suggested that we consider Lee Adcock as a bidder on the construction of our new sanctuary. At that time we were unfamiliar with the company. Adding Lee Adcock Construction to our bid list was one of the best things that could have happened to us. Your project manager subsequently dropped off the bid and engaged us in conversation like he had known us all his life. He was friendly and very down-to-earth and that friendly demeanor got our attention.
We had a budgeted amount that had been suggested by a consultant. Opening the bids was an exciting time for our church. To our surprise though, Lee Adcock had the lowest bid, but even your bid was higher than we anticipated. Your project manager suggested that value engineering may help get the cost down and that all hope was not lost. He came back with a list of cost reductions that could be made and still give us a well constructed building and with that got us realizing that the dream could still become a realization.
During the building process it was enjoyable working with your project manager and job superintendent. We can not say enough good things about these two individuals. Any changes we wanted to make were made without fanfare and were priced fairly.
The building was constructed as well as I’ve seen any building constructed. It was constructed with care and to our knowledge no short cuts were taken. It was definitely built to last and any problems encountered were taken care of as expediently as humanly possible.
We have had many, many positive comments about the construction and looks of the building and we owe it all to the entire building team and especially to a concerned and competent builder. Our hats are off to you and your staff for a job well done.
If we can be of service to you, please do not hesitate to call. We will be more than happy to oblige. Again, thanks to Lee Adcock Construction for helping us make a dream of a few years ago become a reality today. May God bless you and your company.

  • As you are well aware, First Christian Church has just completed a highly successful building program. The culmination of years of hoping, dreaming, planning, fund raising, designing and building our new educational, administrative and fellowship facility and refurbished sanctuary will physically equip our congregation to fulfill our mission in our community.
As a pastor with twenty years experience, I have learned my share of building program horror stories. A fair number of those have centered around contractors who could not be relied upon to perform effectively and/or on time. When our church chose your firm to construct our facility, I was sure we had chosen well, and I am even more certain now. You have gone above and beyond the call of duty time and again. You, and all those who work with you, have a right to be proud of doing such a fine job in such an outstanding fashion. I have seen how that reflects your own business and personal standards and am grateful for your careful guidance over the past months.
Thanks to you and all the good folks at Lee Adcock Construction Company who have become more than business associates during the course of our venture. You have become our friends. Special thanks are due to your project manager and job superintendent for their faithful service through every phase of this project.
I hope that you will encourage any pastors or church leaders to contact me personally if they are considering you as their contractor. I will be more than happy to relate to them the level of our appreciation and satisfaction with your fine work.
Again, thanks. May you go from success to success both professionally and personally in the years to come.

  • Fischer Stainless Steel Tubing, a 30 year old German manufacturer decided to expand their presence and create a location in the USA.
Once the decision for Coffee County, Tennessee was made, Hans Fischer – founder and owner – cooperated with Lee Adcock personally from a very early stage in our project.
Lee Adcock Construction built a 24,600 square foot plant, 10,125 square foot office area plus 5,820 square feet of canopy covered storage in phase one. They added another 24,600 square feet of manufacturing space and 4,920 square feet of canopy covered storage.
Our building required several non-standard items like a 12 inch thick reinforced concrete floor, 100 foot wide bays and three 95 foot wide overhead cranes.
The workmanship applied to our building is outstanding and definitely top quality. Furthermore, Lee Adcock and his staff have been helping us with plans for further expansions and have always reacted fast and efficiently to project requests or improvement ideas and thus, have gained the status of our exclusive partner when it comes to construction projects.
I can highly recommend their performance, quality and response time.

  • Lee Adcock Construction has completed their fourth major project for Nationwide Distribution Service. This particular job consisted of 160,000 square feet of warehouse with 2,500 square feet of office space in Loudon, Tennessee. The project was completed in a timely and efficient manner with zero change orders. As well, we are pleased with the quality work always performed by this company.
Previous construction collaborations include two 50,000 square foot warehouse facilities in Shelbyville, Tennessee and a 70,000 square foot facility in Loudon, Tennessee. They also built a 6,000 square foot addition to our corporate office. The quality of work, as well as the service afterwards, continues to bring us back as a repeat customer.
I also currently serve as Chairman of the Building Committee for First Christian Church in Shelbyville, Tennessee where we built an 18,000 square foot Christian Education Addition to the existing building. Lee Adcock and his company were a great help in every way possible during planning as well as construction. I gladly recommend them to you for your next project.
Please feel free to contact me if I can answer any question pertaining to our working relationship with this company.
